blueberry spinach smoothie

Fresh blueberry and greens smoothie for your morning smoothie mix-up!


  • 1 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • pinch of blue spirulina (for color and added benefits, optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk (I use almond, or try coconut for a richer taste and creamier mouthfeel)
  • ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth. 
  2. Enjoy immediately!
