Fresh blueberry and greens smoothie for your morning smoothie mix-up!
- 1 banana
- handful of spinach
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- pinch of blue spirulina (for color and added benefits, optional)
- 1/2 cup milk (I use almond, or try coconut for a richer taste and creamier mouthfeel)
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or nutribullet and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately!
