The best tasting healthy chocolate sandwich cookie you’re going to find. So good, in fact, that we should just jump right to it!:
CHOCOLATE SANDWICH COOKIES
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup (or honey)
- dark chocolate squares
MAKE IT
- Preheat oven to 350F. Combine almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix.
- Roll 1 tablespoon sized balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Using a fork, press down slightly to form a cross pattern (classic for peanut butter cookies)
- Press one square of chocolate into each cookie.
- Bake for 9 minutes.
- To make into a sandwich, press 2 cookies together softly. ENJOY 🙂
