Ginger Turmeric anti-inflammatory shots are a serious gut healer. With nothing but good stuff, it can be a game changing addition to your day. Making these on your own is better than the store-bought stuff because you can control the ingredients, concentrations, and you'll know the source of everything going into it.
I try to make a big batch and drink it throughout the week. It holds up really well in the fridge because of the lemon juice acids.
3 ingredients is all you need to make this powerhouse drink:
- Black pepper
The black pepper helps the turmeric absorb better in the body. You only need a little bit for this benefit, so don't leave it out!
This ginger turmeric anti inflammatory shots is really a customizable recipe. You can change the amounts or even add a little honey so that it's more palatable for you. I don't find that this needs sweetener, but honey does go wonderfully with these ingredients. I wouldn't use cane sugar or artificial sweeteners here, it just negates our whole objective with drinking these healthy little gut shots!Print
