GLUTEN FREE, RAW COOKIE DOUGH
Description
Edible, raw cookie dough that’s free of gluten, refined sugars, and is high in protein!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cup Oat flour
- ¼ cup unflavored collagen
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup dark chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in microwave.
- Mix in almond milk and vanilla.
- Add in all dry ingredients except chocolate chips and mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- place in the fridge to set for about an hour (or the freezer for 30 minutes). Enjoy!
Notes
Keep edible raw cookie dough in the fridge and enjoy within a week! Or keep in the freezer for longer storage and a dessert meal prep 🙂
