CHRISTMAS CRACK

Christmas crack is like a twix bar and a date bark got together and combined to make the perfect healthier holiday dessert.

It’s all the best things a dessert can offer (crunch, ooey gooey-ness, chocolate) without the refined sugar, gluten, and loads of empty calories.

CHRISTMAS CRACK

  • 1 pack of mejdool dates (about 15 dates)

  • Graham crackers (I used Simple Mills gluten free cinnamon honey crackers)

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. On a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange dates in a single layer and press down until flat.

  3. Layer the top of dates with graham crackers.

  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the top.

  5. Bake for 5 minutes.

  6. top with coconut flakes or any desired toppings for a fun sprinkle.

  7. Keep refrigerated.
