CRISPY OVEN POTATOES

Call them fries, oven potatoes, or bites of magic, but these babies are delish!

Keeping things clean and nourishing, we only use potatoes, baking soda, salt, herbs, and olive oil.

No seed oils, nothing deep fried, no preservatives, just good clean crispiness.

CRISPY OVEN POTATOES

  • 3-5 yellow potatoes

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Optional: Italian herbs or any spices you love

  • Olive oil for coating

MAKE IT

  1. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise then into slices, as thin as you like your fries. The thinner, the crispier they’ll get.

  2. Boil a pot of water and add potatoes, baking soda, and salt. Cook for 7 minutes then drain.

  3. Add potatoes back to the pot and coat with a generous amount of olive oil, salt and desired spices.

  4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a 420 F oven, bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy :)
