Easy Chia Pudding
This is my foundational recipe for chia pudding. You can customize it a zillion different ways, with different fruits, extracts, and toppings!
EASY CHIA PUDDING
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup milk of choice (I use almond)
1/4 cup plain kefir or yogurt (or sub more milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For topping: Fresh fruit, dried fruit, homemade jam, seeds, nuts
MAKE IT
Add chia seeds and milk to bowl or cup. Mix well.
Add in kefir or yogurt and vanilla, and mix again.
Set in the fridge for about an hour.
Top with whatever your heart desires and enjoy :)
