life changing tuna salad

Full of protein, fiber, just enough healthy fat, this tuna salad recups is my favorite summertime high protein tuna meal. It’s good for lunch or dinner and honestly I snack on it straight from the bowl with a fork, it’s that good!

Life changing tuna salad

  • 2 cans tuna

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped finely

  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill

  • 3 sprigs green onion, chopped

  • 1/2 a red bell pepper chopped finely (or any bell pepper you have!)

  • 2 dill pickles, finely chopped

  • Zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon

  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt + pepper to taste

make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  2. Store in the fridge for several days of quick grab and go, high protein meals!
