This is my favorite high protein, no bake cheesecake. Takes seconds to put together, and is much cleaner than any other version I’ve seen.
It’s measured out for a single serving. So double it if you have a dessert partner nearby. You won’t want to share 😉
NO BAKE, PROTEIN CHEESECAKE CUP
Description
A single serving, easy, high protein, and lower fat raw cheesecake. Super yum.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop collagen peptides or your fav protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp grassfed butter, melted
- 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a cute bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.
- Add Coconut sugar and collagen (or protein powder)
- Top with graham cracker crumbs, and pour melted butter on top.
- Place in the fridge to set for about an hour.
