This strawberry hibiscus mocktail is make with fresh strawberry purée. Lime juice, and the deliciously complex hibiscus rosehip tea, this is a mocktail deserving of a hot Summer’s day.
Ingredients
· Juice of 1 lime
· ¼ cup strawberry puree (fresh strawberries blended with a little water)
· ½ cup Hibiscus Rosehip tea infused with aronia berry (we love @drinknaturao for its complex flavor notes and pure ingredients)
· Coconut sugar for rimming glass (optional)
· ¼ cup sparkling water
· Ice
How to make it:
1. Rim a glass with coconut sugar and lime zest
2. In a blender, mix strawberries with a little water until fully incorporate and smooth.
3. Pour into glass and add lime juice and hibiscus tea.
4. Top with sparkling water.
Tips & Variations:
· Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
· Adjust the amount of lime juice to your taste. I like a lot of lime! You could also use lemon.
· Experiment with different tea flavors or add a splash of juice for variation.
