Crispy quinoa sprinkled over dark chocolate in an addictive, craveable bark form.

- 1 bar Dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
Instructions
- Heat a large pan on high heat. Once it gets hot, add the quinoa.
- The quinoa will start popping immediately. Move the pan around so that the seeds don’t burn. Once they are golden (less than a minute), remove from heat.
- on a parchment lined baking sheet, pour over melted dark chocolate and smooth it out into a sheet.
- sprinkle crispy quinoa on top.
- place the baking sheet in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes or so. Enjoy!
- Store leftovers (if you have any!) in the freezer.
