A nourishing and nutrient dense glow bowl for a natural energy boost.
Ingredients
- melon, cubed
- oranges, sliced into bite sizes
- cacao nibs (unsweetened)
- goji berries
- flaxseed meal
- coconut shreds (unsweetened)
- spoon almond butter
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Chop fresh fruit and add to bowl (I like to chop them small so I can eat it with a spoon).
- Top with all favorite toppings.
- Enjoy fresh and watch the glow happen.
Notes
* Amounts are really to taste. Add more or less of what you need/crave/want in the moment. Keep it free of added sugars and don't feel the need to limit your intake.
