HEALTHIER BROWNIE COOKIES
FLOURLESS PROTEIN BROWNIE COOKIES
1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter!)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup pure whey protein powder
1/2 cup pure cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix.
Add in all dry ingredients and mix.
Pour in chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop batter into sheet to make 8 cookies.
Bake for 8 minutes. They will be soft and delicate when you first take them out, so make sure to let them cool to set.
