HEALTHIER BROWNIE COOKIES

FLOURLESS PROTEIN BROWNIE COOKIES

  1. 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter!)

  2. 1/2 cup milk

  3. 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

  4. 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  5. 1 cup pure whey protein powder

  6. 1/2 cup pure cacao powder

  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  8. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix.

  3. Add in all dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Pour in chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.

  5. On a parchment lined baking sheet, drop batter into sheet to make 8 cookies.

  6. Bake for 8 minutes. They will be soft and delicate when you first take them out, so make sure to let them cool to set.
