GUT SUPPORT DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quality kefir (I use low fat organic)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt (the type of salt is important here. We are looking for mineral rich salt!)

  • 1/4 cup sparkling water

MAKE IT

  1. Add kefir and salt to a cup, mix.

  2. Top with sparkling water.

  3. Enjoy immediately ☺️
