HIGH PROTEIN PIZZA CRUST

HIGH PROTEIN/NO CARB PIZZA CRUST

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.

  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread out mixture and flatten it out thin. The thinner, the crispier your crust will be.

  4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust starts to brown on the edges.

  5. Take out and fill with desired toppings. I like marinara and shredded cheese!

  6. Place back in oven for a few minutes to melt cheese. Enjoy :)
