MAGIC COOKIE SHEET

I love when baking accidents turn into something better than what you set out to make.

And that’s what happened here. I wanted a thin, chewy cookie. But it melted into a full sheet pan of a cookie. And honestly it felt like I landed on magic.

I’m sharing it below, because it’s too good to keep to myself!

MAGIC SHEET COOKIE

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • Milk of choice

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 bar of quality dark chocolate, chopped small
