PEANUT BUTTER CHOC PROTEIN BOWL

PB HONEY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BOWL

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt no fat

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons pb powder for a more pronounced peanut butter flavor

  • 1/4 cup pure grassfed whey protein powder (I get one that’s single ingredient, plain, no flavors or fillers whatsoever)

  • Dark chocolate chopped (amount to taste)

  • 1 apple, cubed

  • 2 teaspoons manuka honey for sweetness

MAKE IT

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix and enjoy! 😉
