PEANUT BUTTER CHOC PROTEIN BOWL
PB HONEY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BOWL
1 cup Greek yogurt no fat
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Optional: 2 tablespoons pb powder for a more pronounced peanut butter flavor
1/4 cup pure grassfed whey protein powder (I get one that’s single ingredient, plain, no flavors or fillers whatsoever)
Dark chocolate chopped (amount to taste)
1 apple, cubed
2 teaspoons manuka honey for sweetness
MAKE IT
Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix and enjoy! 😉
