HEALTHIER BUTTERFINGERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup corn flakes or multigrain flakes (I try to buy the cleanest and most nutrient dense version of this at the store!)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate, melted

MAKE IT

  1. Mix cereal with peanut butter and maple syrup really well. Crush the cereal a little and that will help it stick together better!

  2. Make little flattened balls with a heaping tablespoon size each.

  3. Freeze for 10 minutes to harden.

  4. Dip each butterfinger in melted chocolate (optional: top with flaky sea salt) and freeze again for about 30 min.

  5. Enjoy!

  6. Keep stored in the freezer
