HEALTHIER BUTTERFINGERS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup corn flakes or multigrain flakes (I try to buy the cleanest and most nutrient dense version of this at the store!)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Dark chocolate, melted
MAKE IT
Mix cereal with peanut butter and maple syrup really well. Crush the cereal a little and that will help it stick together better!
Make little flattened balls with a heaping tablespoon size each.
Freeze for 10 minutes to harden.
Dip each butterfinger in melted chocolate (optional: top with flaky sea salt) and freeze again for about 30 min.
