Description
Easy, delicious spicy tuna pepper boats. High in protein and fiber, super low carb and starch free.
Ingredients

- handful of sweet baby peppers, washed
- 1 can tuna
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed (optional but nice!)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds from inside.
- mix all tuna filling ingredients in a bowl.
- spoon in mixture to baby pepper halves
- enjoy!
