Description

Easy, 3 ingredient, high protein, high fiber, and low sugar jam that can quickly become a staple!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer until bubbly.
  2. if you want the blueberries more smashed, you can do it while simmering with a fork or spoon!
  3. Let cool and store in the fridge.
