- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add all ingredients and simmer until bubbly.
- if you want the blueberries more smashed, you can do it while simmering with a fork or spoon!
- Let cool and store in the fridge.
