This is a super easy, forgiving recipe for pancakes that are high in protein, cheesy in the best way, and taste amazing with warmed jam drizzled on top. I like using my blueberry chia jam, but whatever you love will work!

- 1 cup protein pancake mix
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet on med/high with a little butter or oil spray.
- Add batter, flip when the top bubbles.
- Top with warm jam 🙂
