HEALTHIER SAMOA COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
COOKIE LAYER
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
COCONUT LAYER
1 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all cookie ingredients together and form into flat cookie shapes.
Bake for 9 minutes. Then pop them into this w freezer to cool quickly!
To make the coconut layer: add all ingredients and mix, then top the cooled cookies with some of the coconut mix and place back in the freezer while you melt your dark chocolate.
Using a fork, drizzle chocolate on top of each cooking and place back in freezer to set!
