HEALTHIER SAMOA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

COOKIE LAYER

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

COCONUT LAYER

  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted

MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all cookie ingredients together and form into flat cookie shapes.

  3. Bake for 9 minutes. Then pop them into this w freezer to cool quickly!

  4. To make the coconut layer: add all ingredients and mix, then top the cooled cookies with some of the coconut mix and place back in the freezer while you melt your dark chocolate.

  5. Using a fork, drizzle chocolate on top of each cooking and place back in freezer to set!

  6. Enjoy :) and keep stored in the freezer!
