Healthy Blueberry Crumble
INGREDIENTS
CRUMBLE TOPPING:
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
BERRY COBBLER:
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 tbsp tapioca flour
MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix crumble ingredients and set aside.
Add berry ingredients to a baking dish and mix together.
Top with crumble topping mixture.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until top is golden.
