Healthy Blueberry Crumble

INGREDIENTS

CRUMBLE TOPPING:

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tbsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

BERRY COBBLER:

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour

MAKE IT

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix crumble ingredients and set aside.

  2. Add berry ingredients to a baking dish and mix together.

  3. Top with crumble topping mixture.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until top is golden.

  5. Enjoy :)
