Superfood Snack Bars

Superfood snack bars

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup flax meal

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

Make It

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  2. In a shallow glass dish, add mixture and press down to form one even layer.

  3. Pour melted chocolate on top and set in the fridge for an hour

  4. Enjoy :)
